Work-Based Learning Registration Any student that is registered for a work-based learning co-op next fall semester must complete the application form available on Schoology. The application form can be turned in person at the CTC to Mr. Waagen or can be emailed to jerry.waagen@k12.nd.us. The application is due by Friday, April 24. Any questions, please see your counselor or Mr. Waagen at the CTC.
Jamestown Job Service Outreach Jamestown Job Service Outreach will be at the JVCTC in Mr. Waagen's office on Wednesday, March 25 from 2:00-3:30. Students and their parents are welcome to stop by.
Pop Tab Drive Key Club is having a Pop Tab Drive to benefit Ronald McDonald House all week, March 23-27. Students & staff are encouraged to donate any pop tabs to this worthy cause. Containers will be out at the Jays Nest during both lunch periods. The class that donates the most pop tabs by Friday, March 27th will get open lunch each Wednesday in April. Key Club members, if you are able to help during lunch periods for this, please sign up in Innerview.
NDA+ English Attention all Sophomores: Please remember to eat a well balanced breakfast, bring a fully charged Chromebook, and arrive by 9:00 AM to your English NDA+ exam Wednesday morning. The testing sessions will run from Periods 1-5 on Wednesday, and your English teachers will tell you which room you are assigned to for testing. The room assignments for testing are posted near the Media Center and also near the 2nd floor restrooms, too. All other English classes (Periods 1-5) will meet in the Commons on Wednesday. Make sure you bring the work your teacher assigned to you that day. Period 6 & 7 English classes will meet in the English wing as normal.
Senior Class Meeting Attention Seniors: Your senior class meeting in preparation for graduation is today at 10:00 AM in the JHS Theater. Please report to your Period 3 class first for attendance. JVCTC students may report directly to the theater.
